The Doors photographed by Barrie Wentzell at the BBC TV Studios in London in 1968.

The band came to Britain that September for a short run of dates that included the Roundhouse, filmed by Granada, and appearances for the BBC. It was their only visit; British photographs of the group are consequently few, and Wentzell's are among the small number made in a studio setting.
