Refund policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from The Music Photo Gallery at musicphoto.gallery. The Music Photo Gallery sells fine-art photographic prints, limited editions, vintage prints, signed prints, estate prints, exhibition prints, Polaroids, contact sheets, books, and related art objects. Each work is handled as a fine-art object, and returns must be managed carefully to protect its condition, edition integrity, and documentation.

Orders may be cancelled before packing or shipping has begun. Once packing or shipping has begun, cancellation requires gallery approval because fine-art works may already be in preparation, documentation, packing, insurance, or carrier handoff.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the work or item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any accompanying documentation, certificates, labels, edition information, and original packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Fine-art prints, limited editions, vintage prints, signed prints, estate prints, exhibition prints, Polaroids, contact sheets, and other collectible works must be returned exactly as received. A work that has been altered, framed, mounted, damaged, handled in a way that changes its condition, or separated from its accompanying documentation may not be accepted for return.

Books must be returned in the condition received, with any wrapping, inserts, or accompanying materials intact where applicable.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at info@TheMusicPhotoGallery.com if the package or artwork arrives damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please keep the artwork, packaging, labels, and all included materials while the issue is reviewed. We may ask for photographs of the package, artwork, labels, or condition issue to support a carrier or insurance review.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong artwork, an incorrect item, or a work that is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase, contact us as soon as possible at info@TheMusicPhotoGallery.com. We will review the order and provide return or resolution instructions.

Return Authorization

To start a return, email info@TheMusicPhotoGallery.com with your order number, contact information, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not send artworks or objects back to the gallery until your return has been authorized. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

The gallery pays return shipping when the return is due to the wrong artwork, shipping damage, or a materially different work. In those cases, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Please follow our packing and carrier instructions carefully. Works must be packed securely and returned with the original packaging and documentation unless we advise otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, currency conversion charges, or other third-party charges are not refunded by The Music Photo Gallery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are reviewed case by case because each artwork, edition, vintage print, estate print, Polaroid, contact sheet, exhibition print, or signed work may be unique or limited in availability. The fastest way to receive a different work or object is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

International Orders

International orders may involve customs processing, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or local import requirements. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refunded by The Music Photo Gallery.

If you need to request a return for an international order, contact us before shipping the item back so we can provide instructions appropriate to the artwork, documentation, insurance, and destination.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply under local consumer law.
