About this work

John Entwistle and Pete Townshend of The Who photographed by Barrie Wentzell at IBC Studios, Upper Regent Street, London, in 1968.

Wentzell arrived to find the band well into the recording of Tommy, the project Townshend had described to him months earlier and which had then seemed unlikely to work. Entwistle, the quietest member of the group, is rarely the subject of photographs from these sessions.

Archival pigment print. Limited edition of 50. Hand-signed and numbered by Barrie Wentzell. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Worldwide insured delivery available.
