About this work

Jimi Hendrix photographed by Barrie Wentzell at his flat in Brook Street, Mayfair, London, in 1969.

Hendrix lived in the upper floors of 23 Brook Street, next door to the house Handel had occupied two centuries earlier; the building is now a museum. Photographs made there are among the few that show him entirely at home rather than on stage or in transit, and they are correspondingly sought after.

Archival pigment print. Limited edition of 50. Hand-signed and numbered by Barrie Wentzell. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Worldwide insured delivery available.
