About this work

Brian Jones and Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones photographed by Barrie Wentzell at Ready Steady Go! in London in 1966.

The programme was the most influential pop show on British television, broadcast live from Wembley and open to photographers in a way that later productions were not. Jones was still central to the band's sound and public image; he would be dead within three years.

Archival pigment print. Limited edition of 50. Hand-signed and numbered by Barrie Wentzell. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
