Young stands at the microphone with an electric guitar, isolated in a narrow column of stage light. The wider vertical frame leaves much of the surrounding stage in shadow, with only fragments of other equipment visible. Hanekroot’s measured distance places the solitary figure within the performance space, emphasizing stance, instrument, and the fall of light rather than facial detail.
