Woodstock
The Woodstock Music & Art Fair, held in Bethel, New York, in August 1969, became one of the defining cultural events of the twentieth century. More than a music festival, Woodstock came to symbolize a generation shaped by creativity, peace and social change.
This collection brings together museum-quality photographs documenting the festival and its legacy, including iconic images of performers, audiences and behind-the-scenes moments by photographers who witnessed the event firsthand.
